Our imaginative chef creates menus featuring typical, slightly heartier, traditional local specialities from the Passiria/Passeier valley in the heart of South Tyrol combined with favourite, lighter Mediterranean dishes. There is always something new to tempt your taste buds and give you renewed energy. A generous buffet breakfast with special muesli corner at the start of the day then a fine, four-course evening dinner with fresh salad buffet.
And … everyone looks forward to our special Saturday evening dinners, Sunday morning breakfasts accompanied by a glass of Spumante, the Italians’ favourite sparking white wine, and our weekly aperitiv evening with the chance to sample some home-cured, smoked meats, too.
