Dogs

We ask guests to bring a blanket for their dogs and regret that animals are not allowed into the hotel dining room. We feel sure that you will understand the reasons for this. Every day € 12,00 without food.

Local tax

The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice. The local tax of € 2,80 per person and day is charged for all persons over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is paid on site.

Cancellations

• bookings cancelled with 8 weeks notice – 25 € fee
• bookings cancelled with 4 weeks notice – 100 € per room fee
• bookings cancelled with 3 days notice – 300 € per room fee
• for bookings cancelled with less than 3 days notice or if guests do not arrive at all – we charge for the whole of the period booked
• the same rule holds for guests who choose to leave early

Insurance covering booking cancellation

At a favorable rate (only 5% of your accommodation sum) we offer you travel cancellation insurance as part of the European Travel Insurance. If you are unable to start your vacation for precisely defined reasons, you will not incur any costs. For more information, please contact our reservations team.
